Matt Driscoll is the Founder and Principal Architect of d/Arch Llc. For the last thirty years, his interest and experience has been focused on residential design ranging from suburban townhouses and 2-3 story apartments to urban midrise, low-income, mixed-use and high-rise residential projects. His expertise is brought to every project at d/Arch LLC.
Matt is responsible for all phases of architectural design, preparation of bid documents, negotiation and administration of construction contracts, project coordination, site and environmental analysis, general project management, and cost control. He involves himself directly with every project at d/Arch LLC, serves as the primary contact for clients, and attends meetings with building officials, consultants, and contractors throughout the project. He also participates in Construction Contract Administration during the construction phase of every project.
Prior to starting d/Arch LLC, Matt was the Founder and President of Driscoll Architects, P.S. (DA/ps). During the 23 year tenure of the firm he oversaw the design of over 30,000 residential units in the Pacific Northwest, the Mountain States, Japan and Germany. MORE..
